When we smile, our muscles contract, creating wrinkles, or what some refer to as “laugh lines” or “crow’s feet” around the eyes. With repetitive contraction of these muscles as we age, these lines become deeper, permanent wrinkles.
However, treatment is available. Injections such as Botox and Dyport are used to reduce the appearance of crow’s feet and prevent wrinkle-causing and squint-inducing facial movement.
Dermal filler, such as VOLUMA or Juvederm are used to improve mid-face volume loss and hollowness around the eyes.
